A fast and easy cleanse to accelerate your path to vitality
Take one whole organic lemon (peeled and seeds removed) and one pint of filtered water (2.4 Cups). Blend the water and the lemon together in a blender. Then strain off the pulp and add 5 more pints of water (12 cups)
Starting first thing in the morning drink one large glass of the lemon water every 15 minutes for the first hour and then one glass every half hour until finished. Do this for 2 or 3 days in a row.
You may choose to have only the water each day (a water fast) or for a more gentle gradual cleanse eat salad or veggie soup after you have consumed the 6 pints/ 14.4 cups of lemon water..
With any form of cleansing you generally feel worse before you feel better especially if you are new at this.
Feeling worse may include mild symptoms such as headaches, aches and pains and perhaps slight nausea. The reasons for these symptoms are the circulating toxins and withdrawal from noxious substances such as caffeine. The thing to realize though is that these toxins are circulating in your body 24/7. Better out than in is what I always tell my clients.
So if you feel a less than 100% hang in there. The results from cleansing far out weight any temporary discomfort you may feel as you are going through the process.
You can safely do this process monthly to encourage elimination and give your digestive system a break.
Of course, you can enhance your results even further by having a colonic irrigation or an enema or coffee enema at home. But these are topics for another blog.
